Renting the studio is simple.  First, call Rose the studio manager at (818) 845-5123 to check the availability.  The studio manager will then be able to assist you in reserving the date and time that works best for your production schedule.  A 50% deposit will lock in the date on the official calendar.

The studio is a permitted filming studio within the city of Burbank so no permit is necessary.

There are 8 reserved parking spots, 6 "stand by" spots (that can be reserved) and over 50 free parking spots available all day on two adjacent streets.
